Our company's 300000 cubic meter per day LNG liquefaction plant in Yanchuan County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province is currently being installed. The main units of LNG liquefaction plants are natural gas purification treatment units, including dehydration, decarbonization, deacidification gas units, and LNG liquefaction units.
Functioning as the "heart" of the midstream gas industry, LNG liquefaction plants convert pipeline natural gas into liquid form (volume reduced to 1/625) through deep-freezing technology, enabling transoceanic transport and strategic reserves. Over 80 large-scale liquefaction plants operate globally, with single-train capacity reaching 7.8 million tons/year (Qatar's North Field project). China has established demonstration projects including Ordos and Jieyang plants with 200,000-ton annual capacity.

- Pretreatment Unit
- Acid Gas Removal: Amine scrubbing to reduce CO₂/H₂S below 50ppm
- Dehydration: Molecular sieves achieving ≤1ppm water dew point
- Mercury Adsorption: Activated carbon beds removing trace mercury
- Mixed Refrigerant Process (C3/MR): Propane precooling + mixed refrigerant main cooling
- Nitrogen Expansion Process: Preferred for small-medium scale plants
- Typical Energy Consumption: 850-1200 kWh/ton LNG
- Double-walled insulated tanks (BOG rate ≤0.05%/d)
- Cryogenic loading arms with -162°C sealing technology
