Kamfanin samar da iskar gas (LNG)1  Bayanin Tsarin

Iskar gas ɗin abinci tana shiga tsarin kafin a yi mata magani da iskar gas bayan an tace ta, an raba ta, an daidaita matsin lamba sannan aka auna ta.     • Tacewar iskar gas da rabuwa da abinci, daidaita matsin lamba da tsarin aunawa;

    • Tsarin kafin a yi magani (gami da rage fitar da iskar carbon, bushewar jiki, cire sinadarin hydrocarbon mai yawa, cire sinadarin mercury, da kuma cire ƙura);

    • Tsarin daidaita MR da tsarin zagayowar matsi na MR;

    • Tsarin ruwa mai ƙarfi na LNG;

    • Tsarin sake amfani da BOG

2.1      Rabuwar tacewa da kuma na'urar daidaita matsin lamba ta hanyar amfani da iskar gas

1) Bayanin tsari

Ana daidaita iskar gas ɗin da ke fitowa daga sama ta hanyar matsi sannan a shiga cikin mai raba matattarar matattarar iskar gas, sannan a shiga tsarin ƙasa bayan an matse shi, an raba shi kuma an auna shi.

2.2      Na'urar rage yawan iskar gas

1) Bayanin tsari

Iskar gas daga sama tana shiga sashin rage acidity, kuma wannan sashin yana amfani da hanyar maganin MDEA don cire iskar acid kamar CO2 da kuma H2S a cikin iskar gas.

Iskar gas ta asali tana shiga daga ƙasan hasumiyar shaye-shaye kuma tana ratsa hasumiyar shaye-shaye daga ƙasa zuwa sama; ruwan MDEA mai cikakken sake farfaɗowa (ruwa mai laushi) yana shiga daga saman hasumiyar shaye-shaye, yana ratsa hasumiyar shaye-shaye daga sama zuwa ƙasa, kuma ruwan MDEA da iskar gas da ke gudana a akasin haka suna cikin hasumiyar shaye-shaye. Iskar gas da ke saman magudanar ruwa ta hasumiyar sake farfaɗowa ta ratsa ta cikin na'urar sanyaya iskar gas ta kuma shiga cikin na'urar raba iskar gas ta acid. Ana aika iskar gas daga na'urar raba iskar gas ta acid zuwa tsarin fitar da iskar gas ta acid, kuma famfon dawo da iskar gas ɗin yana matsa lamba ga na'urar raba iskar sannan a aika ta zuwa na'urar raba iskar flash.

Ana dumama tushen zafi na tukunyar dumama hasumiyar ta hanyar amfani da man shafawa mai zafi.

Zafin aiki na hasumiyar farfadowa: 95 ℃ ~ 120 ℃

Madogarar zafi mai farfadowa: dumama mai mai canja wurin zafi

CO2 iskar gas da ke cikin iskar gas ɗin da aka cire shine ≤50ppm
