Zaɓin tsarin fitar da iskar gas

Zuwa yanzu, akwai matakai uku na samar da ruwa a fannin samar da iskar gas: tsarin zagayowar sanyaya iskar gas, tsarin zagayowar sanyaya iskar gas mai hade da kuma tsarin zagayowar sanyaya iskar gas mai fadadawa.

3.2 Bayanin Tsarin

Bayan cirewa, dumama, daidaita matsin lamba da kuma aunawa, iskar gas ta abinci ta shiga tsarin kafin a fara amfani da iskar gas, tana cire CO22, Hg, babban sinadarin hydrocarbon da H2O, yana shiga cikin akwatin sanyi na liquefaction, an sanyaya shi, an zuba ruwa a ciki sannan aka sanyaya shi sosai a cikin na'urar musayar zafi ta farantin, an matse shi sannan aka kunna shi zuwa tankin walƙiya, kuma matakin ruwan da aka raba ya shiga tankin ajiya na LNG a matsayin samfuran LNG.

Yi amfani da MDEA don cire carbon dioxide;

Ana amfani da sieve na kwayoyin halitta don cire ruwan da aka gano;

Cire sinadarin mercury ta hanyar amfani da sinadarin sulfur da aka kunna;

Tace sieve na kwayoyin halitta da ƙurar carbon da aka kunna tare da abubuwan tacewa daidai;

An ɗauki tsarin sanyaya iskar gas mai gauraya (MRC) don fitar da dukkan iskar gas mai tsafta;

 

Tsarin tsari ya haɗa da:

Tsarin sarrafa iskar gas, dumama, daidaita matsin lamba da kuma aunawa;

Tsarin kafin magani (gami da rage yawan iskar carbon, bushewar jiki da kuma cire sinadarin hydrocarbon mai yawa, cire mercury da ƙura);

Tsarin daidaita MR da tsarin matsewar MR;

Tsarin ruwa na LNG;
