Uketshezi olucebile lwe-MDEA kumbhoshongo we-desulfurization luyahwamuka ukuze kukhishwe ama-hydrocarbons futhi luhlungwe ngezihlungi. Bese ishiswa ngesitimu ukuze ikhiqize kabusha uketshezi olubi lwe-MDEA, oluphonswa embhoshongweni we-desulfurization ukuze kukhishwe i-cyclic desulfurization.
Igesi yemvelo evela ku-MDEA enothile ye-liquid flash isuswa isihlukanisi samanzi e-asidi, bese isixazululo esihlukanisiwe se-MDEA siphonselwa embhoshongweni we-desulfurization. Uketshezi olucebile lwe-TEG olusetshenziswa embhoshongweni wokukhipha amanzi emzimbeni luyashiswa ukuze lukhiqize kabusha isixazululo se-TEG esingesihle ngekholomu ye-distillation, ithangi le-flash nesihlungi. Iphonswa embhoshongweni wokuphelelwa amanzi emzimbeni ukuze i-cyclic dehydration.
