Description

There are many kinds of gas compressors

1. According to the working principle, gas compressors can be divided into three categories: volume type, power type (speed type or turbine type), thermal type compressor.

2. According to the way of lubrication can be divided into oil-free gas compressor and oil lubricated gas compressor.

3. According to the performance, gas compressors can be divided into: low noise, variable frequency, explosion-proof gas compressor.

According to the use, gas compressors can be divided into: refrigerator compressor, air conditioning compressor, refrigeration compressor, oil field compressor, natural gas filling station, rock drill, pneumatic tools, vehicle braking, door and window opening and closing, textile machinery, tire inflation, plastic machinery compressor, mining compressor, marine compressor, medical compressor, sand blasting and painting.

The CNG compressor is used for CNG mother station and daughter station.

Product features

The compressor can be equipped with sound insulation cover to meet all-weather outdoor operation. The cover is equipped with space heater, flammable gas alarm system, maintenance suspension beam, explosion-proof lighting, safety door, adjustable shutter and special silencing channel. It is safe, environmental friendly and convenient to maintain.

The lubrication system is equipped with advanced lubricant heating system and pre-lubrication system, which can automatically control the temperature of lubricating oil and ensure the lubrication of key parts such as crosshead sideway.

The service life of vulnerable parts (air valve, packing seal, piston ring and supporting ring) reaches 6000-8000 H.
