Device cooling water

The quality of cooling water should meet the requirements of GB50050 "Industrial Circulating Cooling Water Treatment Design Specification". The basic requirements for circulating cooling water are:

Designed watering temperature: 32 ℃

Designed return water temperature: 40 ℃

Designed watering pressure ≥ 0.4 MPa.G

System Overview

Process flow chart

         The low-temperature BOG first enters the cold box to be reheated to room temperature and then enters the BOG compressor for pressurization. The pressurized BOG enters the liquefaction cold box, is cooled, liquefied, and supercooled in the plate-fin heat exchanger, and returns to the LNG storage tank as an LNG product after throttling for the LNG plant.

            The MRC (mixed refrigerant) cycle refrigeration process is used to liquefy all BOG ;

            BOG compressor unit;

            LNG liquefaction unit;

            Mixed refrigerant refrigeration unit;

System Description

Feed gas compressor unit

1) Process description

The low-temperature BOG from the upstream first enters the cold box for cold energy recovery and reheating to room temperature, then enters the BOG compressor to be pressurized to 1.1 MPa.g before entering the downstream.

Its main process equipment is BOG compressor.

2) Design parameters

Processing capacity: 10MMSCFD

Inlet pressure: 0.087MPa.g

Outlet pressure: 1.1 MPa.g

3) Scope of application: 50%~110%
