Sichuan Hengzhong Successfully Commissions Light Hydrocarbon Recovery Unit for Changqing Oilfield

Sichuan Hengzhong Clean Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. recently announced the successful commissioning of a 20,000 Nm³/d associated gas light hydrocarbon recovery unit for the Changqing Oilfield project. The unit focuses on efficient light hydrocarbon recovery from associated gas, enabling improved natural gas liquid recovery (NGL recovery) and maximizing the economic value of field gas resources.

The project integrates advanced process design and modular engineering to ensure stable operation, high recovery efficiency, and reliable performance under varying gas compositions. Since startup, the system has operated smoothly and has received highly positive feedback from the client, who praised the plant’s operational stability and recovery performance.

As global demand for cleaner energy continues to grow, technologies such as light hydrocarbon recovery and NGL recovery are becoming increasingly important for oil and gas operators.
