250kW silent gas genset with Yuchai engine

250kW silent gas genset provided by our company has a 4.5-meter-long box structure. It is powered by a Y&C engine,driven by the Italian brand Me Alti motor . The box is divided into a genset cabin and a cooling cabin , with a control cabinet integrated on the side . The independent cabin ensures the continuous and stable operation of the equipment in low or high temperature environments; the intercooler and cylinder liner radiator are integrated and installed on one side of the box, and the cable outlet is Located below the control cabinet, the front end of the heat dissipation cabin is equipped with a fuel inlet, and the flue gas exhaust port is located on the top of the box and is discharged independently. A two-stage noise reduction muffler is installed on the top of the box. The internal walls, doors and windows of the unit use specially designed and manufactured noise reduction modules to reduce noise levels . The noise index is: 75dB(A)@7m .

The applicable ambient temperature of the equipment is -30°C to 40°C. If the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C, the rated power of the motor will be reduced accordingly. In the case of good ventilation, for every 5°C increase in ambient temperature, the gas genset rated power of the motor will be reduced by 3%; where the equipment is used The altitude is not higher than 3000 meters. When the altitude is within 1000 meters, the genset generator efficiency is the best. For every 500 meters of altitude increase, the rated power of the motor decreases by 4%. If the above condition limit is exceeded, the equipment needs customized instructions.

It is recommended that the installation foundation of the silent gas genset adopts an integral cement-cured flat installation to ensure the hydrophobic performance, lightning protection and grounding performance around the genset, and the convenience of maintenance and overhaul. For specific requirements, please refer to the "Equipment Installation Schematic" provided by Party B; a pier-type foundation can also be used. This method needs to be designed according to the design institute , and Party B shall provide the "Equipment Installation Schematic" for reference .
